Are you a writer with a talent for growing an online audience or a digital marketer with a flair for writing & editorial?
We need a content & social media manager who can help us share our take on the intersection of technology, government & society. You’ll find trending stories and topics, create valuable/sharable content and establish our tone-of-voice.
Create/Change is one of the 50 fastest-growing GovTech businesses in the UK, working with Government on population-level problems in education, health, social care, justice & environment. We do research with citizens to understand their needs, analyse data to understand trends and help design new policy and public services.
📰 Edit and produce a bi-monthly newsletter
💥 Produce daily social media updates including writing regular ‘hot takes’ on trending stories
🚀 Grow our email list, social media channels & website traffic
🗓 Create & manage our content calendar
You’ll be genuinely interested in the intersection of government, technology & society. You can show us the ability to be both creative and analytical.

There are no minimum academic requirements.
This is a full-time role but we can be very flexible about your working pattern and location. If you have a health condition, caring responsibilities, volunteering or study commitments we’ll find a way to support you.
As long as you can make it to either our London or Cheltenham office a few times a month for face-to-face working sessions we’d be happy for you to work mostly remotely. If you have to travel for face-to-face sessions we’ll help with your travel costs.
