Position Summary

Elemental Excelerator Data and Program Manager will be responsible for helping drive the data architecture and analysis that supports our 5 year strategy and provide program management support across high impact initiatives and projects. The role will report to Elemental’s COO.

A successful candidate will:

  • Spearhead and refine the organization’s data strategy, including collection, aggregation, and analysis.
  • Gather, handle, organize and present data in a clear, concise and useful format
  • Turn raw data into visual insights and design a clear data dashboard.
  • Help drive a cross-functional strategy for impact measurement of Elemental as well as Elemental ecosystem partners.
  • Provide key project management support to ongoing initiatives.
  • Help support and run collaboration and cross-team communication to advance Elemental priorities and projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a data analyst and project management role or equivalent role (at least 5 relevant years of experience preferred).
  • Sophisticated knowledge of AirTable, Salesforce, GoogleSheets.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • The ability to be flexible with workflow and manage multiple assignments
  • Experience cleaning data.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving skills and time-management skills.
  • Proven interest in Elemental’s mission of accelerating equitable solutions to climate change.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills including solid presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Experience and thought leadership around impact measurement is a plus.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the startup ecosystem
  • Experience working in industries or issues of focus for Elemental (energy, water, agriculture, circular economy, mobility, climate change, social inequity)

Location

This position may be based in Honolulu, Hawai’i or East Palo Alto, CA. Remote applicants will also be considered. Elemental has a hybrid working model, but will be expected to be available remotely during HQ working hours, and when in-person work resumes be able to commute to one of our HQ locations: Honolulu, Hawaiʻi or East Palo Alto, California
